PREMIUM QUALITY PAPER MACHINE OIL
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
JICHUAN PM OIL is formulated from premium quality, high Vl, paraffinic base oils combined with selected additives package to provide resistance to foaming, rusting, corrosion and oxidation. In addition, it contains an effective anti-wear agent and detergent-dispersant to keep contaminants suspended in the oil. Demulstbility agent provides rapid water separation with conventional setting or centrifuging equipment.-
TYPICAL USES:
JICHUAN PM OIL 150 and 220 is recommended for use in the circulating systems of paper machine dryer section of those manufactured by; Beloit, Black-Clawson, Rice-Barton, and others.
Recommended for use in all types of industrial reduction gears and gear head motors where high Timken values are not required.
Also used and recommended for vacuum pump sand hydraulic systems.
FEATURES:
High oxidation stability assures long service life.
Effective detergent-dispersant keeps contaminants in suspension and prevents formation of sludge.
Excellent thermal stability permits use under high temperature conditions found in dryer roll bearings.
High alkaline reserve provides protection against corrosive acids and rusting.
Mild EP additives permit use in industrial gear sets.
Miscible with other paper mill circulating oils.
